As Seen On TV Fitness Machines
Whoever heard about the old school ways of getting in shape like running, walking, pushu ups, sit ups or jumping rope? Forget those, right? Apparently you can slide, rock, scrunch, slip, pull, push and squeeze your way into fitness these days. Late night television is full of the as seen on TV fitness 'machines' that will get you into shape in no time flat, with very little effort. Ummm, I don't think so. These machines have appeal because they look so easy and yes, even fun, to do and they claim they can whip you into shape in just minutes a day. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work that way. If you want to be in shape, you will probably have to do it the old fashioned way.Labels: as seen on tv fitness
