Does As Seen On TV Really Work?

We have all seen them. The as seen on tv commercials when we are up late at night with insomnia and sadly many times (me included) we actually fall for them. OK they might not all be pieces of crap but some of them, yeah, they are.

Case in point for the does as seen on tv really work: Did you happen to notice the latest one for the "Red Exerciser?" Yep, it is pretty ingenious. Let's see...this one is basically a barstool with handles on the side that spins from side to side. Real brilliant. Do you have a bar stool or swivel chair at home? How about the computer chair you are sitting in? That's right, go ahead and spin back in forth in it, but don't forget to hang on to the desk in front of you. Now, do you feel those abs getting rock hard? No? Well, just keep it up for days and weeks and months and maybe you will.

Does as seen on tv really work? You decide. The Red Exerciser is one that nobody should waste their money on ($150.00 bucks!) but we will let you know what other as seen on tv products we think might be worth your time and money. Stay tuned.
